A few extra precautions
for your health and safety...

We are doing everything we can to keep our staff and customers safe and happy. With that in mind, we have some requests from you before and during your visit to The Retreat Beauty Salon.

All clients must fill out our pre-screening Covid-19 form attached to your consultation form sent to you via email/text, failure to do this will result in your appointment being cancelled.

All clients must fill out a pre-screening Covid-19 form which is attached to your consultation form prior to your treatment. Failure to do this will result in your appointment being cancelled. We will not be able to accommodate walk-ins; appointment only.

If you are feeling unwell and are displaying symptoms of Covid-19:
• High temp
• New persistent cough
• Loss or change in taste or smell
• OR have been in contact with someone who has COVID-19

A mask must be worn upon entry during your appointment. They can be purchased at an additional fee if you require one for £1. Your therapist will be wearing a mask/ visor and extra hand washing will be taking place.

Upon entry to the salon, please sanitise your hands at the sanitise station. Additional cleaning and sanitising will be carried out thoroughly and regularly.
Toilet facilities will be available and frequently cleaned.

You must attend your appointment on time, failure to do so may result in your appointment not being carried out. Please ring the bell and wait outside to be called in to your appointment.

We are now offering hot drinks/cold drinks during your treatment. Please limit your belongings and do not use your phone during your treatment.

Maximum of two clients in the salon at one time to help with social distancing. Please attend your appointment alone, no friends or children.
